The Parrot Mambo FPV

The Parrot Mambo FPV

This is not only a drone; it’s a full pack. If you are into racing drones, then you should be paying attention to the Parrot Mambo FPV. This model is how the Parrot Mambo Company turned the Mambo drone into a first-person-view quad. It also has an HD camera attached to it with a 120-degree field. Once you download the Parrot's FreeFlight Mini mobile app and get the Cockpitglasses 2 headset, you can wirelessly see what your drone sees from the air.

Improvements

Parrot mini-drones fly easily and with the Mambo FPV you get to fly from the cockpit. This new design is an improvement over the last version and more useful as well. The camera increases its capability for taking videos and pictures with higher resolution.

When it comes to physical appearance, there are no major changes. You will probably not be able to tell them apart. It only comes with different accessories which, by the way, are compatible with the older version.

The new version also has an increased wireless range. With the old version, you could fly the drone up to 60 meters (200 feet) from the Bluetooth controller. The new version allows wireless control up to 100 meters (330 feet).

The Parrot Mambo FPV was released in September this year for a price of approximately $180. You can get the whole drone racing pack for $140.
